River Report / Conditions – April 5, 2018

April 5, 2018, Author: Frank Rosata

The release from Cannonsville hasn’t been updated as of the time of this report, but the Stilesville gauge is reading 2020 cfs.  Yesterday was a cold, windy day in the afternoon.  Two of our guides braved the weather were able to get the attention of a few fish while chucking streamers on the West Branch.  Weather forecast for today is calling for cloudy skies with the potential for some snow flurries with the wind at 10-20 mph out of the WNW.

Hatching:

Little Black Stoneflies – #14-18
Blue Wing Olives – #18 – 24

Midges – #18-24
