Wednesday was another tough day on the river with cold temps and gusty winds. BWOs and Blue Quills were seen but only one rise was spotted. Justin hooked a fish on a white streamer and Adam was able to nymph up a fish on a black stonefly. Today should be decent with some afternoon sunshine and a high near 50. But rain and snow are expected again on Thursday. Release from Cannonsville is ramping down from 935 to 563 cfs at 10pm in order to prepare for maintenance on Friday. Spill is 588 cfs.

Hatching:

Little Black Stoneflies – #14-18
Blue Wing Olives – #18–24

Blue Quills – #16-18

Midges – #18-24
