River Report / Conditions – June 15, 2018

June 14, 2018, Author: Patrick Cook
Shop associate Pat Cook with a beautiful specimen.

Despite the windy conditions yesterday fishing was decent. Anglers had plenty of targets with Sulphurs being the main hatch. The East is still getting Green Drakes, but water conditions are less than ideal. We’ve been getting reports of  Green Drakes coming off throughout the day on the Lower West. The Upper Main towards the evening has been spotty, its been mostly a caddis game. Swinging wets during this time can be a fun and effective way to fish. The forecast for today is calling for a high/low of 73/50 with partly clouds and a NNW wind at 10 mph. Saturday is calling for 80/61 with mainly sunny skies with a WNW wind at 5-10 mph.

BWO #14-#22
