Early morning to mid afternoon on mid to lower West is going to be your best bet for subsurface. If you’re out early enough, you may be able to  pick up some garbage pickers.  We’ve heard reports of Tricos on the Upper East. The forecast for today is calling for 87/58 with sunny skies. The wind will come from the  WNW at 5-10 mph.
