River Report / Conditions – July 14, 2018

July 14, 2018, Author: Patrick Cook

Right before dark we had a good Sulphur and Iso spinner fall. Before that I found selective fish feeding on Vitreus, so be sure to have some handy. Small Olives were in the mix, but thankfully fish didn’t seem to key in on them. Fishing is best from Hale Eddy up.    The forecast for today is calling for 86/65 with afternoon shoers and thunderstorms. The wind will come from the WSW at 5-10mph.

Hatching:

Sulphurs #14-#18

BWO #14-#22

Tan Caddis #14-#18

Dark Blue Sedge #14

Spotted Sedge #16-18

Iso #10-#12

Vitreus #14-16

Cahills #12 – #14
