River Report / Conditions – August 20, 2018

August 20, 2018, Author: Patrick Cook

The West has a nice greenish tint to it making for good streamer color and good dry fly opportunities. Cannonsville continues to spill putting warm water into the system. As of right now the water temps are still safe on the West Branch.  Pepacton is also still spilling making it unsafe to fish for trout.  The release out of Cannonsville remains at 1500cfs. Today’s forecast is calling for  a high/low of 73*/62* with cloudy skies and winds out of NW at 5mph.
