River Report / Conditions – October 4, 2018

October 4, 2018, Author: Frank Rosata

Dry fly action was reported from the West and East yesterday. Both rivers have cleared up nicely and fishing well. The forecast for this weekend is shaping up nicely. If you’re wading find the soft spots on the edges for dry fly fishing.   If you’re streamer fishing from the banks cast out on a 45* angle downstream, let it swing into the banks and strip upstream.  Today’s forecast is calling for  a high/low of  75*/44* with cloudy skies.   The wind will come from the SE at 4 mph.
