Fishing has remained consistent despite the bright sun and windy conditions. Fish are feeding well on caddis and the remaining Hendricksons which are still hatching in decent numbers. Spinner falls are dependable in the late afternoon/evening. Presentation is becoming a key factor with flows dropping and clearing throughout the system.
Its shaping up to be a beautiful holiday weekend with temps in the low 70s and winds averaging 5 to 9 mph.
The fly shop will re-open tomorrow, 5/22 for curbside pick-up and limited foot traffic. We are looking forward to seeing you all and hearing how your season has gone thus far.
