Today we’ll see a high of 85* with the potential for some strong storms in the afternoon/evening. Make sure to keep an eye on the radar if you’re out on the river. Otherwise Sulphurs, Bwos, Cahills and Isos will will be the major menu items, with the best dry fly fishing being higher up in the system. Keep your tippet light and your patterns sparse. The Lower East, Main, and Beaverkill are all too warm to fish for trout.
Feel free to give us a call with any questions about river conditions.
Cross Current Guide Service is now booking Magic Hour trips in the evenings, 6pm to dark for $250.00 (two angler max). These dates fill up quick so give us a call or email with any questions or booking requests.
