The West Branch has dropped and cleared significantly since yesterday morning. The best bet for safe wading and dry fly opportunities will be closer up to the reservoir, with 497cfs in Stilesville. The lower portion of the river still has some color to it but should continue to clear throughout the day. Make sure to have a few flying ants and tan caddis in your box.
Feel free to give us a call with any questions about river conditions.
Cross Current Guide Service is now booking Magic Hour trips in the evenings, 6pm to dark for $250.00 (two angler max). These dates fill up quick so give us a call or email with any questions or booking requests.
