River Report / Conditions – October 24, 2020

October 23, 2020, Author: Patrick Cook

With a bit of rain falling and some leaves flying through the air, it looks and feels a lot more like late October in the river valleys this morning. The rain should taper off in by the afternoon, and the winds are “projected” to fade as the day progresses. So lets call it a streamer day for now. If the wind dies down, Bwos, Iso’s, and caddis will bring some fish to the surface in the slower water.

Fall Hours:

The fly shop will be open Wednesday to Sunday 9am-4pm

Hatching:

Isonychia #14

BWO #18-24

Tan Caddis #14-20

Rusty Spinner #14-22
