River Report / Conditions – April 4, 2018

April 4, 2018, Author: Patrick Cook

The release from Cannonsville is currently 1405 cfs as of 7:45 a.m. and 175 cfs is spilling.  The release is scheduled to increase to 1499 cfs at 9 a.m.  It looks like it’s time to toss some white stuff against the banks on the West.  There weren’t many anglers on the river yesterday.  We did manage to speak with 1 angler in the morning who was nymphing the West Branch without much success.  Weather for today is supposed to be windy (WSW 20-30 mph) with some rain with a high of 54 degrees.

Little Black Stoneflies – #14-18
