The reports we got yesterday indicated more bugs over on the east side with caddis, Hendricksons, Blue Quills and BWO’s showing up. The fish were still not consistently interested however. The streamer bite also seemed more consistent over there with a couple of anglers getting a few nice fish to the net. The report we had from the Lower West/Upper Main was that there were some bugs, mainly caddis, with little to no surface activity. The streamer bite was slow, although they did manage to get 1 nice fish to the boat. The forecast for today is calling for morning clouds and afternoon sun with a high of 57 degrees and WNW winds at 10-20 mph.
If you’re in the area on Saturday, stop by the shop between 9 am and 3 pm to see our friends from Sage as we host their On the Water Tour.
